• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on AWS and Kubernetes. • Contribute to cloud migrations, security implementations, and DevOps best practices while supporting the reliability and performance of cloud environments. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that align with application and business needs. • Continuously improve systems through automation, monitoring, and operational best practices, while growing technical skills and sharing knowledge within the team. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and reusable Terraform modules, and design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab (GitLab CI/CD), using established patterns and reusable components to support consistent deployments across environments. • Design, deploy, and support Kubernetes environments on AWS EKS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of cloud workloads. • Implement and maintain core Kubernetes capabilities such as networking, ingress, storage, and cluster upgrades following established best practices. • Participate in proof-of-concept efforts for new tools and technologies, contributing hands-on implementation and feedback. • Follow and help maintain Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure standards, including upgrade processes, security configurations, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with application and platform teams to support cloud-native application deployments, containerized workloads, and microservices architectures. • Implement and maintain observability solutions using metrics, logs, and alerts to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational visibility. • Support cloud security initiatives by implementing access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements according to defined security standards. • Contribute to cloud migration and application modernization efforts by executing migration tasks and validating deployed solutions. • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations, helping diagnose issues, restore services, and improve operational reliability through post-incident learnings.

• Build and maintain EPM artifacts: metadata, hierarchies, data forms, rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and workflows. • Recommend optimizations for performance, automation, and operational excellence. • Design, create, improve and maintain Oracle EPM cloud applications including EPBCS modules, EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, and TRCS while applying the necessary best practices and logic • Automate processes using Groovy scripts, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Python/SQL for metadata and data loads. • Configure security and workflow models for auditability and compliance. • Monitor and maintain EPM environments, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs. • Diagnose and resolve application, data, and integration issues in collaboration with finance and IT teams. • Manage upgrades, patches, and regression testing to maintain platform stability. • Partner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Data Engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. • Advise business stakeholders on best practices for process automation, data governance, and solution adoption. • Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors to troubleshoot and implement enhancements

• Lead day-to-day monitoring and management of GCP infrastructure, focusing on reliability, uptime, security, performance, and compliance • Manage GKE clusters, including cluster lifecycle, node pools, workload deployment, and operational best practices. • Implement and maintain GCP networking: VPCs, firewall rules, service networking, and private connectivity. • Support data and application teams using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run. • Own and maintain Terraform configurations for GCP and AWS using reusable modules, remote state, policy checks, and automation pipelines. • Automate environment provisioning, scaling, and configuration with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins. • Build tooling and workflows that improve developer productivity (automated builds, deployments, secrets management, ephemeral environments). • Build and enhance observability stacks using Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Elastic, or OpenTelemetry. • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, RCA generation, and post-incident improvement efforts. • Define and manage SLOs, error budgets, and operational runbooks. • Ensure secure configurations across cloud services, Kubernetes workloads, secrets storage, and network boundaries. • Implement guardrails and compliance automation using IAM best practices, GCP Organization Policies, and Terraform checks. • Work with security and compliance teams to meet HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, or internal audit requirements. • Maintain stability of a pre-existing AWS environment by performing tasks such as: - Reviewing IAM roles and security posture - Supporting workloads on EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3 - Troubleshooting infrastructure or networking issues - Managing configurations, upgrades, and patching • Assist teams that rely on AWS-hosted systems and ensure smooth integration with GCP-centric operations. • Make small-to-medium improvements or automation updates for AWS infrastructure using Terraform or CI/CD workflows. • Mentor DevOps, CloudOps, and Platform Engineers through pair programming, reviews, and best-practice sharing. • Partner with development, data, and security teams to build highly reliable, cloud-native applications and pipelines. • Establish operational standards, documentation, and playbooks for cloud operations.
