• Partner closely with EMEA Sales and Commercial leaders to define training priorities and capability needs. • Drive the execution and continuous evolution of our Selling Methodology. • Lead measurable improvements in selling effectiveness and coaching outcomes by conducting gap analyses across Field Sales and Inside Sales clusters. • Design, deliver and innovate product training programmes and updates in line with portfolio and launch strategies. • Establish robust feedback loops and post‑training reinforcement, including manager coaching cycles and field observations. • Co‑design advanced curricula for Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. • Champion data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement, sharing insights and impact with EMEA LT and MLT.
Job Requirements
- At least 13+ years’ experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical field sales training, enablement or commercial excellence.
- 5-8 years previous people management experience.
- Experience in driving measurable competency uplift versus baseline across Product and Selling Methodology frameworks.
- Ability to influence sustained behaviour change.
- Strong understanding and proficiency with learning technologies (LMS platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs and strategic enablement frameworks, including selling methodologies and manager coaching models.
- Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills; confidence working across diverse EMEA markets.
