• Managing test cases; defining test scenarios, preconditions, test steps, expected results, test prioritization, and risk assessment. • Execution and maintenance of automated and manual test cases to validate release candidates, release execution processes, and released software and platform changes. • Coding of automated tests that perform test cases which evaluate expected results against actual results. • Working in an agile process; refining requirements, assessing effort, test development and execution, documentation and reporting, performing demos, and retrospectives. • Close cooperation with a globally distributed team of developers, testers, architects, escalation engineers, and platform engineers.

• Coordinating and creating Eggplant automation test scripting (includes interaction/sync with client, other work streams/teams, and Oracle Health) • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing automated test strategies • Creating automated test assets (test scripts, schedules, and frameworks) using the Eggplant testing tool • Developing, maintaining, and upgrading Eggplant test scripts and architectures for application products • Understanding project architecture, test environment, test data needs • Conducting thorough testing of the product positive, negative, validation, regression • Analyzing and comprehending requirements • Identifying and dispositioning defects as per standards and processes • Writing detailed status reports, test execution reports, and test analysis reports • Designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures to ensure health information technology system requirements are met. • Serve as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware health IT applications. • Work both independently and in a team setting promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customers, defining, organizing, and/or presenting detailed information and data needed to accomplish organization and testing goals. • Candidate will actively participate in collaborative meetings with the VA EHRM customer, teammates, VA project teams and other key stakeholders.

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations. • Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end automated test suites to ensure system reliability and stability. • Create and maintain automated tests for complex workflows, edge cases, and data/state transitions across services. • Integrate and manage automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. • Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing across core services and infrastructure. • Identify, document, and track bugs and system weaknesses, partnering with engineering teams to improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.
