• Collaborate with Customers – Work closely with our customer’s business and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with their business objectives. • Data Management – Figure out how to get data cleanly from our customers' systems into Coverbase and out again. This includes building and managing APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data exchange and automation across platforms. • Monitor & Troubleshoot – Proactively monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve failures or performance bottlenecks. • Maintain Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures. • Grow and Scale Coverbase – Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal's platform well. • Educate customers and prospects on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal's platform and cloud service. • Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns. • Foster an environment within customer engineering organizations to increase the adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments. • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans. • Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations, ensuring they fully leverage Temporal's capabilities. • Travel 25% plus

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their architecture, challenges, and success criteria. • Design solution architectures across SCM, CI/CD, ticketing, registries, and identity systems. • Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-value (POV) engagements that connect features to tangible outcomes like reduced risk and improved developer velocity. • Build ROI and risk models that clearly quantify Apiiro’s business value. • Partner with Sales to drive the technical win and accelerate the sales cycle. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and early customer success post-sale. • Support security and compliance reviews, helping customers understand data handling, encryption, and alignment with frameworks. • Provide competitive insights and deal strategy, articulating Apiiro’s unique differentiation in the ASPM market. • Document and share learnings through reusable templates, demo assets, and feedback loops with Product and Engineering.

• Lead a distributed team of Solutions Engineers across EMEA and APAC. • Drive technical strategy for customer acquisition and expansion. • Act as the technical executive sponsor for high-stakes enterprise deals. • Guide customers through API/SDK integrations, advising on onboarding UX, fraud orchestration, and risk thresholds. • Track and improve team KPIs, including win rates, POC conversion, and time-to-go-live. • Be the 'voice of the region' for Product and Engineering, translating local regulatory requirements into product feedback.
