• Build LLM features from ideation to production, including scaling. • Develop benchmarks to evaluate LLM performance and mitigate hallucinations. • Own the full development lifecycle, including infrastructure and front-end work around AI features. • Foster a constructive environment through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Own renewals and expansion across mid-market and enterprise customers, driving consistent retention and healthy account growth over time. • Run structured QBRs and executive check-ins that deepen multi-threaded relationships, surface business goals, and align Coverbase’s roadmap to customer needs. • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities through usage patterns, organizational changes, and evolving customer objectives. • Support customer go-lives during the first 30–90 days, unblocking onboarding, accelerating early value realization, and reinforcing long-term account health. • Create scalable onboarding materials, best-practice guides, and repeatable workflows that increase our go-live capacity and shorten time-to-value. • Provide high-quality customer support, triaging issues with clarity, ownership, and calm communication while driving to fast resolution. • Act as a bridge to product and engineering, bringing structured customer insights that improve activation, reduce friction, and strengthen our post-sales motion. • Help define our Customer Success foundation from level 0 — processes, SLAs, documentation, and escalation paths — and shape the culture with your rigor and care. • Represent Coverbase in customer meetings and strategic conversations (light travel as needed).
• Scale infrastructure using repeatable, environment-aware patterns for safe staging, preview, and production rollouts. • Enhance reliability by defining service health metrics, improving alerting, and leading incident response + postmortems. • Strengthen access hygiene by championing least-privilege defaults, secret rotation, and cleaner permission boundaries. • Improve observability by building actionable dashboards and alarms, and creating light daily/weekly system health signals to keep the team oriented. • Improve release safety through progressive delivery and automated post-deploy checks. • Boost developer velocity by optimizing CI/CD workflows and documentation. • Support communications by incorporating a lightweight status/incident update path customers can trust. • Lead foundational projects as our analytics and batch workloads grow – setting standards for scalability and foundational developer resources.
• Demand generation. Build the pipeline engine across paid, organic, content, events, and partnerships. • Product marketing. Own the narrative as the product expands from TPRM into broader risk-first procurement. Anchor every campaign in a story only Coverbase can tell. • Competitive positioning. • Collaborate with Customers – Work closely with our customer’s business and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with their business objectives. • Data Management – Figure out how to get data cleanly from our customers' systems into Coverbase and out again. This includes building and managing APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data exchange and automation across platforms. • Monitor & Troubleshoot – Proactively monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve failures or performance bottlenecks. • Maintain Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures. • Grow and Scale Coverbase – Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Design, build, and iterate on end-to-end web products that are robust and delight our users. • Own the full development lifecycle, from brainstorming to deployment, ensuring platform scalability and reliability. • Contribute across the stack, whether developing backend services (typed Python), frontend interfaces (React/Typescript), evolving our Postgres database layer, or shaping AWS infrastructure with Pulumi. • Innovate on our AI systems—custom chunking algorithms, vector databases, and private LLMs—to deliver accurate, auditable assessments. • Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
