• Design best-in-class pitch treatments that visually communicate creative concepts, tone, and execution • Translate scripts, briefs, and high-level ideas into compelling visual narratives • Own the visual direction of treatments from concept through final delivery • Curate and source imagery, GIFs, reference frames, archival footage, old film clips, and music references to support the creative vision • Collaborate closely with directors, creative directors, producers, and strategy teams during the pitch process • Build layouts that feel cinematic, intentional, and emotionally resonant—not templated or generic • Maintain consistency in design quality while adapting to different brand voices and categories • Turn around high-quality work under tight timelines without sacrificing craft
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience designing treatments for advertising agencies, creative studios, production companies, or similar environments
- Proven experience creating pitch decks that have won new client business
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Exceptional visual taste and typography skills
- Deep resourcefulness in sourcing compelling reference material (imagery, motion, archival content, music inspiration)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to interpret creative direction and elevate it visually
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
