- Produce design assets for paid media campaigns (Meta and paid social platforms). - Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives. - Support packaging updates and product design refinements. - Deliver multiple creative iterations quickly while maintaining quality standards. - Execute campaign assets aligned with marketing calendars and launch timelines. - Execute designs within established brand guidelines and visual systems. - Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy across digital and print deliverables. - Prepare files for both print production and digital deployment. - Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints. - Understand how creative decisions influence conversion, engagement, and performance. - Iterate designs based on testing results and performance feedback. - Support structured creative testing workflows and variant production. - Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize creative output. - Work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy and Senior Designers. - Take feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently. - Contribute to meeting aggressive creative deadlines. - Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.

• Identify learning needs with business areas and propose high-impact instructional solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. • Develop and adapt scripts, course content, and instructional resources for the courses offered to our clients, ensuring clear, didactic, and accessible language. • Design and keep learning paths up to date on our corporate learning platforms, providing a continuous development experience. • Lead and enhance the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have the best initial experience with our solutions. • Convert technical content into easy-to-understand educational and communication materials, supporting internal teams with their needs. • Update content and manage the distribution of emails and other communications about trainings and updates to clients, keeping them engaged and well informed.

• Facilitate Webinar sessions supported by presentations to deliver the curriculum and guide the assessment task and project. • Provide student support between webinar sessions when required by students. • Provide constructive and timely feedback on student assessment tasks and project submissions and ensure academic integrity is upheld. • Grade assessment tasks/projects in line with the institutional policy timeline and the administrative tasks associated. • Partake in Programme coordinator meetings when required, and provide constructive feedback to improve the curriculum, assessment tasks and programmme offering. • Conduct administrative tasks related to the modules facilitated

• Own end-to-end creation of all visual assets in the form of digital, print, and experiential mediums across multiple GTM channels including paid, website, white papers, webinars, events, and sales enablement • Create a marketing design system that equips the broader team to self-serve with templates and components in alignment with our brand guidelines in Figma • Act as the central point of contact for all bespoke GTM design requests and create a simple and efficient intake and design process to drive business outcomes • Collaborate with our external brand agency and specialised contractors on larger projects like design system iterations, video creatives, brand evolution, and website overhauls • Develop a design community of practice in collaboration with Product Design to elevate the way we tell Ona's story cohesively across all functions
