A fair warning: This is not a comfortable role to coast through. Most of this work involves intense thinking on hard problems, rapidly learning new business contexts, taking responsibility for recommendations, and delivering tangible results in an environment where the client expects value from day one. It's not for everyone. But if you recognize yourself in this description — please take a chance to apply.

Job Description

Principal Architect

Exerizon

Role Description Ta rola ma dwa równoważne filary: budowanie własnych produktów Exerizon i bezpośrednia praca architektoniczna z klientami z bankowości i ubezpieczeń. Oczekujemy pełnej aktywności w obu. - Produkt: Budujesz z nami AI-native SDLC: orkiestracja agentów, runtime, integracje z systemami klienta. - Klient: Prowadzisz warsztaty architektoniczne i discovery (banki, ubezpieczenia). Przygotowujesz rekomendacje, scenariusze migracyjne i dokumentację decyzyjną (ADR, C4, NFR). Pracujesz bezpośrednio z CTO i zespołami inżynierskimi po stronie klienta. - Pre-sales: Współtworzysz oferty techniczne i oceniasz wykonalność. Świadomie decydujesz, w które projekty wchodzimy. - Organizacja: Współtworzysz standardy pracy: playbooki architektoniczne, frameworki, automatyzacje. Mentorujesz kolejne osoby w zespole. - Klient i zespół: Potrafisz rozmawiać z CTO i senior developerem, dopasowując głębokość przekazu.
