• Build, maintain, and improve financial and operational models to support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking • Analyze key SaaS and PLG metrics (e.g. ARR, expansion, churn, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels) and connect them to business drivers • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to understand performance and surface insights — without acting as a traditional finance gatekeeper • Turn complex data into clear narratives and recommendations that inform decision-making • Own recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, usability, and speed • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed, bottoms-up analysis • Continuously improve how we use data, tools, and processes to understand the business

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar hands-on analytical role
  • Strong experience working with SaaS businesses, ideally in a product-led growth environment
  • High level of comfort working directly with raw data, models, and analytical tools (e.g. spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL)
  • Proven ability to translate analysis into practical, actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Growth, or Commercial teams
  • An execution-first mindset: you enjoy owning problems end-to-end and getting things done
  • Comfortable operating as an experienced individual contributor, without people management responsibilities
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Position Description: The Senior Manager of Finance is the primary finance point of contact for Chief Procurement Officer organization and a Business Unit leader as well. The position reports to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include BU P&L analysis, inventory analysis, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and business intelligence activities. The Senior Manager of Finance also works on operating budgets, forecasts, decision support, and benchmarking of department activities. General Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze multiple brand / customer and channel profitability to influence business decisions and maximize profitability. - Accurately analyze complex and large volume financial data and summarize findings and propose actions. - Partner with supply chain team to establish key metrics, measure performance and track cost improvement initiatives. - Focus on optimizing inventory levels by brand and understanding reserves requirements. - Understand and report on new product introduction ROI model. - Analyze actual verses projections for department spending. - Adopt EPM tool for all budget / forecast activities around revenue, headcount, department spending, capital expenditure and rollup of P&L, BS and CF. - Design and implement business dashboards to drive performance through actionable intelligence. - Partner with IT and play a key role in the transition of multiple data warehouses to Fabric. - Support the financial due diligence on potential acquisitions. - Perform financial modeling in support of business decision-making. - Identify financial and operational best practices and make recommendations and modifications as needed. - Create ad hoc reports and analyses. - Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - 7+ years progressive work experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis.
