Sales Executive, Microsoft Consulting Services - Power Platform Location: 100% Remote (preference for Atlanta, GA, but open to any US-based candidate) Position Summary: Engineer Up is a Microsoft-aligned consulting firm that helps enterprises build AI agents and automations with Power Platform. We work directly with Microsoft sellers across SMC&E and Enterprise accounts and are experiencing rapid demand for Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate consulting engagements. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who knows how to sell consulting services within the Microsoft ecosystem. This is not a product sales role. You will be selling strategy sessions, governance reviews, and implementation engagements to mid-market and enterprise organizations that are investing in Power Platform, AI and Agents. The right person has been in the Microsoft partner ecosystem long enough to understand how co-sell motions work, has real relationships with Microsoft sellers, and can walk into a conversation about Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Copilot Studio and immediately add value. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full sales cycle for consulting engagements — from initial conversations with customer leads/Microsoft sellers through proposal, close, and handoff to delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft AI Business Process Specialists, Power Platform sellers, and account teams across SMC&E and Enterprise segments. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through Microsoft co-sell opportunities, direct outbound, and existing network relationships. - Position Engineer Up’s consulting services (Strategy Sessions, Governance Reviews, Plan/Build/Manage engagements) to accounts investing in Power Platform and AI. - Collaborate with Engineer Up’s delivery team to scope engagements, develop proposals, and ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered. - Represent Engineer Up at Microsoft events, partner meetings, and industry conferences to expand market presence. - Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing field intelligence on what Microsoft sellers and their customers are asking for. - Manage HubSpot pipeline reporting and forecasting with discipline and accuracy. Required - 5 - 7+ years of experience selling consulting or professional services within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Demonstrated track record of closing six-figure consulting engagements. Selling Managed Services solutions is a plus. - Existing relationships with Microsoft sellers (AI Business Process Specialists, Power Platform specialists, account executives, or similar roles). - Deep understanding of how Microsoft co-sell motions and partner programs work — you’ve been through the process and know how to leverage it. - Ability to have a credible technical conversation about Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or the broader Microsoft business applications stack. You don’t need to build the solution, but you need to understand the landscape. - Experience selling to IT leadership, COOs, CIOs, and line-of-business executives in mid-market and enterprise accounts. - Self-starter mentality - you will be the first dedicated sales hire and need to operate with autonomy while working closely with the CEO. Preferred - Direct experience selling Power Platform consulting services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). - Experience with Microsoft Preferred Partner programs and ISV co-sell motions. - Background selling into manufacturing, retail/CPG, or financial services verticals. - Familiarity with AI agent and Copilot Studio positioning — this is the fastest-growing conversation in the market right now. Why Join Engineer Up? - Microsoft-aligned consulting firm - Working directly in the fastest-growing area of the Microsoft ecosystem — AI agents, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. - Small, senior team where your work has direct impact on company growth. No layers of bureaucracy. - Competitive compensation with uncapped commission structure. - Fully remote with flexibility to manage your own schedule and territory. - Report directly to the CEO to start We are a startup: - Engineer Up is a Microsoft Power Platform consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We help enterprises build AI agents and automations with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. Our team works directly alongside Microsoft sellers to deliver strategy, governance, and implementation services to organizations that are serious about scaling their Power Platform investments. - We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and value transparency, accountability, and doing excellent work for our clients.
