Job Description Summary ‎ The Senior Associate, M&A will be primarily responsible for preparing and analyzing pro forma financial models to support Millennium Healthcare’s acquisition strategy and expansion into new markets. In addition to financial modeling, the Senior Associate will support M&A reporting by communicating deal economics, KPIs, and trends to senior leadership, the parent company, and the Board. The role will partner closely with Business Development, Recruiting, Integrations, IT, and Value-Based Care teams to incorporate operational, clinical, and market assumptions into pro forma models and diligence analyses. This position requires strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial scenarios into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. The Senior Associate will also contribute to market entry analyses and ad hoc financial modeling to support the Growth team’s broader strategic initiatives.‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ The Senior Associate at Millennium Healthcare will help lead the reporting process around M&A to communicate with key internal stakeholders (executive team, parent company and board) on KPIs and trends on the M&A function at MPG. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for the preparing pro formas for potential acquisitions and analysis supporting entry into new markets for MPG understanding the demographics and possible entry points of MSAs of interest. This role will require working with multiple teams across Millennium including Business Development Directors, Recruiting, Integrations, Information Technology, Value Based Care, among others providing a breadth of exposure within the organization and the healthcare landscape. The Senior Associate will also provide recurring data for the Growth teams KPIs as well as perform ad hoc analyses for the team. Responsibilities - Lead the reporting process related to M&A activities, providing insights and updates to key stakeholders, including the executive team and board members. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in M&A. - Analyze new markets for potential entry, which includes demographic studies and identifying strategic entry points. Will prioritize markets based on a diverse set of data points. - Prepare pro forma financial models for potential acquisitions and assist in preliminary modeling. Prepare presentations and reports that summarizes deal expectations, expected capital outlays, returns from transactions, and post-transaction monitoring.
