Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop and co‑design manufacturing datasets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. • Create technical specifications, documentation, and structured tender reports to support supplier evaluation and selection. • Contribute to NPI processes, including risk assessments, qualification activities, and readiness reviews. • Work with procurement teams to support MFT Extended Enterprise processes and supplier engagement. • Provide expert insight into Metal Powder Bed Fusion technologies, workflows, and industrial applications.

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Metal Powder Bed Fusion additive manufacturing systems.
  • Solid background in manufacturing engineering, including process development and industrialisation.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier engagement, and extended‑enterprise collaboration.
  • Experience contributing to NPI, risk qualification, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining effective on‑site engagement when needed.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
