Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
  • Bilingualism is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date data within Brand Standards systems.
  • Exhibit exemplary conduct and provide superior customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Perform administrative data-entry functions for assigned clients (creating new accounts, configuring sites, branch openings and closures).
  • Respond to client support requests (emails and voicemails) within 24 hours.
  • Update pricing, durations, and create new services per instructions from account management and operations teams.
  • Manage client notices, buffer zones, round generation, exclusion dates, and other service parameters according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Validate client data, including generating work orders in IT systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of monthly billing.
  • Produce client documents related to additional services (readiness audits, services requested by franchisees, small-account sales, price increase letters, etc.).
  • Maintain client documentation (signed agreements, statements of work, procedure guides, and any other documents required for business continuity).
  • Monitor client deadlines (open work orders, end of service periods) to ensure commitments are met.
  • Track audit scores and schedule new audits within prescribed timeframes.
  • Support the area manager and team to deliver world-class service.
  • Support the operations team, including logistics and field personnel.
  • Immediately communicate any concern that could negatively impact Brand Standards operations or clients.
  • Participate in support services projects (onboarding new clients, large-scale changes, deployment of new systems).
  • Serve as backup for other support staff to ensure continuity of service during absences.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets (standard and customized).

Requirements - This position is eligible for remote work, but also may require in-person attendance at job-related meetings, training sessions, and conferences, as requested by the employee's supervisor. - Candidate must live within a commutable distance of Loudoun County Public Schools.
