Solutions Engineer
Bridgit
• Work closely with customers to provide technical expertise and guidance in pre-sales customer engagements. • Lead comprehensive discovery sessions alongside our Account Executives to deeply understand customer pain points, company objectives and existing workflow. • Work closely with Product and Customer Success to design and deliver solutions that effectively address customer pain points. • Develop and manage comprehensive sandbox accounts that demonstrates the effectiveness of Bridgit’s solutions on Customers’ workflows. • Facilitate seamless transition of customers from sales to the CSM team, ensuring smooth implementation. • Be a key contributor in supporting the land and expand sales motion. Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to cross-sell to existing customers to drive successful expansion and maximize value.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally within SaaS or workforce planning solutions.
- You love learning new solutions and solving complex customer problems.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have the ability to empathize with customer challenges and translate them into effective technical and business solutions.
- You are extremely organized and detail oriented and have prior experience managing POCs, trials and sandbox environments.
- You are able to work with large, complex, data sets, drawing insights and making connections.
- You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges.
