Job Description

SAP HCM Tester – ECC to S/4

Technitask

• Support the design and development of test scripts, test cases, design changes, and documentation • Execute manual testing (e.g., UAT, SIT, regression testing) and other testing as required • Develop documentation to track defects and identify potential issues • Communicate with the software testing team and development regarding defects and remediation.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP software testing across UAT, SIT, and regression testing in SAP environments (e.g., Fiori, SAP GUI)
  • Experience with the SAP HCM module
  • Knowledge of test automation is ideal
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to effectively review and understand business and functional requirements
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex information simply
  • Ability to work independently to execute structured manual testing and defect recording.
