Education + Experience Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field plus 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Performance Test Engineer, IT Architect, or related occupation. Skill Set Requirements: 4 years of experience in the following skills: - Performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter; - Reading and writing in C#; - Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing stored procedures in SQL; - Creating technical documentation and reports for software applications and solutions; - Mentoring junior developers, architects, or product managers; and - Analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and pinpointing bottlenecks to support system operation. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hours/week. $104,728 to $125,000 per year.
