• Portfolio Strategy and Governance • Strategic Roadmap Management: Aligning programs and product/technology initiatives with the company OKRs. • Schedule and Dependency Governance: Managing risks and mitigating bottlenecks in complex structures. • Strategic Alignment: Managing boards to ensure the strategy is translated into technical execution. • Stakeholder Management: Executive reporting of status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones. • Operational Excellence and Performance Metrics: Analysis of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput and CFD to optimize flow. • Tactical PDCA: Implementing continuous improvement cycles based on efficiency and effectiveness data. • Process Agility and Quality: Facilitation of scaled ceremonies—running kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), discovery and delivery syncs. • Agile Maturity: Conducting assessments (Maturity Radar) and translating results into evolutionary action plans.

• Oversee the curriculum development efforts for a large-scale contract for the federal government. • Assist with project management duties, as assigned, by the program manager for the contract and government stakeholders. • Oversee the development of course materials, scripts, exercises, classroom or self-study manuals, and other teaching aids. • Design and redesign education and training content to ensure maximum participation as well as engagement with and understanding of course materials. • Support the recording of metrics and measurements to track the performance of course materials. • Assist with reporting information required under the contract to federal clients, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely and thorough. • Work closely with the program manager for the contract to identify and resolve issues related to quality, performance, schedule, staffing and financials. • Provide direct expert advice and support the development of project management, operational and schedule best practices, processes, standards, and procedures. • Serve as a primary client point of contact, responding to requests for support and providing guidance on the curriculum and training efforts. • Assist with the development and maintenance of critical project management documents such as project management plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, reports and more, as required. • Ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables. • Evaluate analytical results and develop new and adapted analytical techniques. • Provide performance analysis and process improvement using industry best practice methodologies and tools.

• Spearhead all phases of projects, particularly complex website redesigns and migrations, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and organizational objectives. • Engage closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients. • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to ensure optimal project execution. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule. • Uphold high standards of quality, ensuring both creative and technical outputs meet or exceed client expectations and industry best practices. • Proactively identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate them. • Keep thorough documentation of project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. • Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and execute end-to-end technology projects across one or more specialties, including systems/business analysis, application development, PC/LAN support, and technical documentation. • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones. • Monitor and evaluate project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. • Communicate effectively with both technical staff and business users to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes. • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide leadership in planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
