• Continue to build and iterate on the Rightway specialty pharmacy strategy • Lead a hybrid team of virtual and in office employees, including two specialty Sr. Managers, specialty clinical pharmacists, and certified pharmacy technicians • Manage Rightway’s current specialty programs • Develop and implement future strategic specialty programs • Identify and implement methods to leverage technology to enhance member experience • Build relationships with key external stakeholders

• Lead and manage the global settlement function, including trade, deposit, and withdrawal operations across multiple asset classes • Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices • Assess current processes, introduce automation, and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual work • Act as escalation point for complex settlement issues, partnering with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance, as well as banks, custodians, and regulators • Provide strategic oversight, reporting, and leadership to support team development and operational excellence

• Plans, organizes, and implements the clinical education component of the master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology in accordance with the accreditation standards and requirements • Researches and develops an approved clinical education curriculum to meet degree requirements • Trains academic faculty, clinical educators, and preceptors to provide an innovative clinical education curriculum during clinical intensive experiences • Holds period meetings with clinical educators and preceptors to coordinate clinical experiences requirements and skill development for students

• Lead and execute economic models, including cost‑effectiveness, budget impact, cost‑consequence, early value, and other innovative frameworks. • Develop model analysis plans, conceptual frameworks, parameter selection, and technical documentation. • Build, adapt, and quality‑check models built primarily in Excel and VBA (required). • Apply R and R‑Shiny where appropriate for specific analytical needs, automation, reproducible workflows, or interactive tools. • Use pragmatic approaches to modeling, balancing methodological rigor with real‑world evidence constraints. • Apply or evaluate emerging AI tools to improve model conceptualization, documentation, coding, and scenario exploration. • Draft technical reports, HTA‑ready documentation, and publication-quality materials. • Manage day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. • Coordinate project team tasks, ensuring clarity on what’s completed and what’s next. • Provide structure and direction to junior team members while receiving broader guidance from senior project leads. • Support risk mitigation and transparent communication with senior leads. • Serve as a line manager and mentor for junior staff. • Uphold internal quality assurance and quality control standards. • Identify potential follow‑on opportunities within existing client accounts. • Draft proposal text, budgets, scopes, and methodologies with support from senior leaders. • Contribute to capability presentations and discussions in areas of expertise. • Support thought leadership in modeling innovation, pragmatic analytics, and evolving modeling methods.
