Job Requirements
- PharmD degree
- 5-10 years experience in specialty pharmacy benefit management with a Health plan or PBM
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with at least 3 years as Director or above
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a knack for storytelling

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President and Controller, this role provides comprehensive service in financial award management, compliance for the academic sponsored research portfolio of approximately $15 million. Key duties include creating, implementing and enforcing policies and practices that ensure sponsored activity is accurately recorded and reconciled, Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) requirements are met, and financial reporting and analysis is complete, timely, and audit-ready.
