About the role We're diving into a unique project with a modern, scalable foundation, and we need a senior React engineer who's done this before. Someone who can look at where we are, understand where we need to go, and help build the front-end experience that brings it all to life without slowing down the business in the process. • Develop and enhance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Vite. • Design, implement, and maintain a micro-frontends architecture using Webpack Module Federation. • Ensure high-quality code by following standards and best practices, and performing consistent code reviews. • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams to ensure consistent, collaborative deliveries. • Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and support the technical organization of work. • Support and mentor other developers on the teams. • Contribute to architectural decisions and engage in strategic technical discussions. • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements. • Take ownership of the product frontend and maintain a holistic view of the solution.

• Frontend (Angular): develop components/screens, consume REST APIs, and focus on user experience (UX). • Backend (C#): implement business logic, integrations, endpoints and automated tests; maintain logs and metrics. • Collaborate on code reviews and support technical backlog refinement. • Investigate and fix production issues with support from the senior team. • Contribute to AI projects: agents, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and automations.
