• Work alongside the development team to test features delivered in test environments to minimize the number of system failures in production; • Ensure the quality of the system delivered to the client; • Assist with process documentation; • Perform exploratory testing; • Execute manual tests of system routines; • Identify root causes and reproduce/simulate issues; • Write user manuals for system features.

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Delphi code; • Write code and perform testing, documenting the changes made.

• Frontend (Angular): develop components/screens, consume REST APIs, and focus on user experience (UX). • Backend (C#): implement business logic, integrations, endpoints and automated tests; maintain logs and metrics. • Collaborate on code reviews and support technical backlog refinement. • Investigate and fix production issues with support from the senior team. • Contribute to AI projects: agents, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and automations.
