The Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist supports the implementation and post-launch maintenance of one or more enterprise application solutions within the Press Ganey Platform. An active participant and facilitator during implementation and should be intimately familiar with the scope of the deploy, integrations, internal and external support structures, and the Enterprise business objectives which guide system use. Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist Responsibilities: - Responsible for implementation, go-live and post go-live support as well as ongoing system improvement and maintenance. - Serves as the product lead and supports alignment of project goals through departmental implementation waves ensuring departments maintain timeline and facilitate scheduling meetings. - Provides recommendation on how the enterprise application can be used to solve institutional needs; supports the forward movement of request and recommendations. - Responsible for maintaining and standardizing workflows and change request processes across the enterprise. - Supports system onboarding of new providers and maintains ownership of SOP documentation. - Services as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners. - Engage with enterprise application consultants to receive in-depth training on enterprise application product knowledge. - Pulls ongoing reports and supports system audit initiatives. - Plans and facilitates division pilot activities. - Scopes, implements and maintains additional enterprise initiatives within the platform such as Enterprise Landing Page, Integrations, new application products and features, new processes and implementation add-ons. - Fulfills basic troubleshooting and support inquiries from administrators and users, escalating to application support as needed. - Works closely with other IT verticals to maintain project initiatives, security, and integrations. - Drives continued adoption and utilization within departments in conjunction with Executive Sponsor. - Maintains knowledge of enterprise application functionality, departmental workflows and automation configurations. Role Description The Clinical Applications Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for providing the vital training and education to customers in the pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical operation of their instruments. This position reports to the Lead Clinical Applications Specialist and is part of the Field Applications Team and will be working remotely to cover the North Central region of the United States. You must reside in or near Minneapolis, MN or Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Provide sophisticated training product workshops in assigned region through continued education to Radiometer customers and effectively respond to customer needs concerning clinical questions or problems. - Establish a routine and continual follow up for current and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction with Radiometer products. - Collaborate on installations and demonstrations as needed to support Sales and Information Technology Solutions (ITS) team. Qualifications - Associate's degree with 3+ years’ experience in hospital or research with medical device capital equipment (Respiratory, Laboratory or similar clinical background) OR Bachelor's degree with 1+ years’ related experience. - Degree preferred in Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical/Biomedical, Veterinary, or Research. - Experience in veterinary medicine, clinical research, critical care medicine, medical device instrumentation, hospital data management systems, or mentor/educator experience. - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Microsoft CRM. Requirements - Ability to travel up to 75% within the US, including overnight travel. - Ability to lift or maneuver 40 lbs. - Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Manage and resolve application and infrastructure issues in customer-hosted environments • Troubleshoot reported issues and collaborate with internal teams • Triage, prioritize, and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely manner • Follow established runbooks to efficiently resolve known issues • Conduct thorough troubleshooting for unfamiliar or complex issues, minimizing downtime • Collect diagnostic details and relevant logs, escalating advanced or complex issues appropriately • Provide clear, consistent, and timely updates to customers to ensure transparency and build trust • Collaborate closely with customers, developers, and site reliability engineers to resolve technical problems • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, responding swiftly to urgent incidents affecting mission-critical applications

• Support customer relationships by maintaining deep product technical knowledge for metal cutting tooling • Providing technical advice, technical support, and technical expertise to enable & foster expansion in the market • Liaison with Sales Engineer, Productivity Engineer, and Inside Sales to support the customers technical needs for tooling • Be an expert in the company’s products and applications across end-markets while being vigil of cost savings and expansion into untapped market applications • Conduct tooling and application testing • Prepare and present progress, status and forecasting reports of assigned area of responsibility • Maintain expert knowledge on machining industry trends, training opportunities, and forecasts • Support sales growth in using the company’s products/technology to design and execute cost savings initiatives with customers
