• Works directly with members and non-members to ensure access to assistance in completing eligibility and redetermination screenings. • Conducts eligibility screenings determining eligibility for state funding and GPRA assessments. • Supports operations with administrative functions to assist departments such as clinical operations, network, compliance, and quality. • Manages daily task lists in TruCare for eligibility screenings. • Facilitates referrals for members no longer meeting eligibility requirements. • Documents all actions in the centralized record system in a timely manner. • Makes recommendations for policy and procedure improvements.

• Responsible for all drug rebate activities, both financial and operational • Processing of quarterly rebate invoices • Preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly rebate reports • Working through dispute resolution process with manufacturers • Analyzes disputed data and works with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes

• Provide direct supervision to team of Air Vehicle Operators • Perform facilities, safety, environmental, and operational planning with the USG representative for flight events • Identify design, operational and training deficiencies and recommend improvements • Assist Flight Standards Team with curriculum and training updates and implementation • Assist Manager, Flight Operations with developing plans and policies • Manage team schedule identified from flight operations management • Assist Flight Operations Manager in collaborating with Engineering and Program Management • Manage, oversee and monitor team performance and development through feedback sessions • Review and approve employee time cards and expense reports

• Transform Clarios Manufacturing's results by applying lean principles • Serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff team members in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups across multiple sites • Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support • Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region
