Role Description As a Chat & Text Counselor, you will provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to help-seekers through Crisis Chat and Text services. Operating in a fully remote capacity with an option to work on-site, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and effective support during moments of crisis. This position emphasizes maintaining high-quality standards in all interactions to ensure help-seekers receive the best possible care and guidance. By actively listening, assessing needs, and providing appropriate resources, you will make a meaningful impact on individuals seeking assistance. Qualifications - Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year of experience in crisis intervention or suicide prevention strongly preferred. - Possess a high school Diploma or equivalent. - Be 18 years of age or older. - Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathetically engage with any individual regardless of background, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence in the process. - Exceptional at multi-tasking and time management, able to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously while meeting all deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to effectively use web-based platforms, electronic documentation systems, and communication tools, with strong typing and data entry skills required to accurately document interactions in real time. - Have high speed internet with an active Ethernet connection, and a quiet/confidential workspace. - Be empathetic, flexible, and adaptable to varying situations. - Have open availability and flexibility to work within the program’s operating hours, including weekends and holidays. - Be reliable and able to adhere to schedules based upon program needs. - Complete yearly required continuing education trainings. - Have knowledge of all job specific skills including safety assessment, data collection, and chat/text triage. - Goal-oriented team player with strong experience working in large and complex systems. - A commitment to team objectives and Didi Hirsch philosophies. - Successfully pass our pre-employment screening, including a background check and live scan fingerprinting. Requirements - This is a fully remote position. - The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. - The schedule is Monday from 10:00pm-2:00am and Tuesday and Saturday from 6:00pm-2:30am PST, totaling 20 hours per week. - This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. - Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency’s and its client's needs. Role Description The Underwriting Counsel is responsible for underwriting decisions pertinent to residential and commercial properties located within assigned state and back-up underwriting support in additional jurisdictions as needed. Provides advisory guidance to associates, independent agents, and customers on underwritten files. Monitors and manages high liability approvals. - Underwrite commercial and residential title closings. - Assist independent and affiliated agent title and escrow officers on extraordinary issues, questions, and closing problems. - Support Company efforts with assigned state regulators, rating agencies, and bureaus and licensing organizations. - Review and approve high liability orders within maximum approved limits. - Provide independent and affiliated agent training. - Advise independent and affiliated agents regarding escrow and title closing issues. - Respond to claim problems, advising the title or escrow officers involved with Claims Department approval. - Participate as requested by management in marketing and education efforts, including developing and making presentations to large and small groups, writing Bulletins and articles for ANTIC and outside publications. - Stay current and distribute to staff information regarding new laws and procedures. - Participate in title industry associations, state, and local title organizations and related industry and state bar associations. - Utilize underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority limits to underwrite the issuance of title insurance. - Provide guidance to company personnel in the performance of real estate settlement services. - Issue underwriting standards and guidelines in accordance with established company processes. - Manage staff to balance workloads and accomplish results through effective recruitment, selection, training, development, performance management, and recognition. - Hold direct reports accountable for developing staff competency in their areas of responsibility and meeting assigned goals and objectives. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctorate required. - 3+ years of title insurance underwriting experience and real estate transactional background. - Ability to travel up to approximately 30%. - Continuing legal education requirements. - Member of Bar Association and license to practice law in at least one primary assigned state. - Willingness to secure license in additional states as warranted by corporate growth. - Account base is concentrated in a regional or state footprint. - Maintain flexible hours and work location. About the Role: The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for all nutrition related aspects of care, and will work closely with family members to Equip them with the skills needed to nutritionally restore their child. Equip is a “virtual clinic”, which means that care is delivered remotely through our telehealth platform. The Registered Dietitian is responsible for consulting in a collaborative fashion with the Equip treatment team to provide evidence-based care for families undergoing eating disorder treatment for their child (via Equip’s family-based treatment approach). Responsibilities: - Assist patients and families in helping the patient transform their maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through provision of ongoing support. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate patients' progress based upon patient’s unique needs. This is accomplished through regular meetings with families via telehealth, which will include an initial nutrition assessment, prescription of a meal plan (utilizing Equip’s feeding philosophy and meal planning approach) and assessment of target weight ranges. - Guide process of exposure to fear/challenge foods. - Communicate patient's meal plan, and any other special nutrition related concerns clearly to all team members, and provide education around how to alleviate or resolve nutrition related concerns. - Echo treatment team’s directives in interactions with families (presents as a united front). - Assist with discharge planning. - Update treatment plans weekly with patient’s progress, treatment goals, nutrition related assignments or directives, nutrition related concerns. - Reassess nutritional needs on an ongoing basis and communicates recommendations to treatment team (and families). - Deliver evidence-based nutrition education geared toward challenging irrational thoughts and beliefs around food/nutrition, weight and shape that fuel the eating disorder behaviors. - Establish a therapeutic relationship with families, including rapport building, appropriate boundary setting, and a working alliance with team and family toward treatment goals. - Thorough documentation within Equip’s electronic medical record in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: - Minimum of a bachelor's degree or college and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). - Licensed RDN required, and eating disorder experience preferred (also prefer some exposure/experience to family based eating disorder treatment approaches, but not required). - Manage a caseload of up to 80 patients, with each patient receiving care for up to 52 weeks. - Strong skills in communication and collaboration with diverse teams. - Experience working on interdisciplinary teams. - Organized and results-driven. - Ability to understand and balance business needs and clinical priorities. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation. Working Hours: Equip allows Patient Scheduling, Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm in the Patient's timezone. - Ability to provide 29 hours a week of availability for direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions. - Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2 pm in your patient population's time zone throughout the week. - Ability to commit to working until 8pm two evenings per week (you choose which evenings). - Ability to attend mandatory meetings (i.e Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, Individual Supervision, etc.) - Central Time Zone Compensation & Benefits Package Compensation: - Earning Potential Range: $70,000 to $85,000 Annually - Consists of Base Pay + Performance-Based Bonus Potential Time Off: - Flex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays. - Generous Parental Leave.
