Role Description This is a management level position which operates under limited supervision. The Regional Vice President must actively lead and manage their direct reports and interact with customers throughout their region. Role Description The Title Examination Specialist is an individual contributor role which will search, analyze, and evaluate records on title for land, home, and other buildings for non-complex and applicable transactions. Role Description The Underwriting Counsel is responsible for underwriting decisions pertinent to residential and commercial properties located within assigned state and back-up underwriting support in additional jurisdictions as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. - 4+ years of industry experience. - RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred. - High-level of ethical conduct and integrity when handling sensitive financial and legal information. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender’s instructions, trust agreements, and purchase contracts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences. - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - High-level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
