• Support the Project Director in coordinating major workstreams, including technical/construction, commercial & finance and partnering. • Assist with end to end project delivery across development, procurement, commercial and construction phases. • Collect, analyse and interpret commercial, regulatory and development data to generate insights and strengthen cross workstream decision making. • Develop high quality materials, including slide decks, visuals, memos and briefings. • Support macro level programme planning for 2026 and integration across multiple functions. • Coordinate cross functional teams to maintain schedule, budget, governance and technical compliance. • Assist with stakeholder engagement activities involving communities, politicians, landowners, suppliers and other external partners. • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, reporting, risk monitoring and organisational alignment. • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and disciplined delivery within the project team.
Job Requirements
- Strong project coordination or project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, energy, construction, or similar complex environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Skilled in producing high quality presentations and written materials.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently at pace.

Role Description The PLF Consultant is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future (PLF) Strategy and contributing to coordination and integration across Secretariat functions and partnership activities. Working under the guidance of the PLF Director and in close collaboration with Secretariat teams and partners, the incumbent will help align efforts across PLF’s pillars, support collaboration within the partnership ecosystem, and contribute to steady progress toward the 2040 goal of ending childhood lead poisoning. - Support alignment of Secretariat workstreams and initiatives with the PLF Strategy and Roadmap. - Contribute to integrating the three PLF pillars into a cohesive and mutually reinforcing delivery model. - Maintain an overview of partner initiatives, country efforts, and Secretariat-led projects. - Identify execution gaps, risks, and opportunities across the ecosystem. - Provide analytical inputs and recommendations to the PLF Director. - Engage with partners across the global lead ecosystem. - Assess how Secretariat led initiatives fit within the broader lead ecosystem. - Support roll out of the PLF Roadmap and associated data collection process. - Translate monitoring findings into actionable strategic insights. - Support direction and coordination of advocacy and communications functions. - Provide coordination and analytical support to the PLF Director. Qualifications - Master’s degree or higher in public policy, public health, environmental policy, international development, or a related field. - A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in public policy, environmental health, or public health. Requirements - Demonstrated experience working with key global lead and environmental health initiatives. - Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives at global and country levels. - Familiarity with key actors and networks within the global lead ecosystem. - Strong knowledge of lead policy and programs, mitigation strategies, and associated maternal and child health risks. - Proven ability to align diverse partners toward shared goals. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing expert consultancy on Genesys Cloud solutions. • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and producing technical design documentation with stakeholder sign-off. • Analyze complex business and technical challenges to define scalable and effective solution architectures. • Own and evolve the technical architecture of Genesys solutions, introducing new technologies and best practices where appropriate. • Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud environments to align with changing business and operational needs. • Lead the planning and execution of contact center deployments, migrations, and system upgrades. • Act as the main escalation and coordination point for Genesys-related matters, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. • Support production readiness activities and ensure smooth transition of contact center solutions into live environments.
• Design and configure Genesys Cloud Workforce Management capabilities, including scheduling rules, compliance monitoring, and real-time management configuration. • Participate in Genesys Cloud WFM implementations and deployments, including configuration, testing, and go-live support. • Support operational teams through training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and enablement documentation to ensure effective adoption of WFM tools. • Facilitate change management activities during the transition to new WFM processes and tools. • Collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders to ensure WFM configuration aligns with operational goals and service level expectations. • Provide stabilization and post-go-live hypercare support as teams transition to the new environment.
