Role Description The PLF Consultant is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future (PLF) Strategy and contributing to coordination and integration across Secretariat functions and partnership activities. Working under the guidance of the PLF Director and in close collaboration with Secretariat teams and partners, the incumbent will help align efforts across PLF’s pillars, support collaboration within the partnership ecosystem, and contribute to steady progress toward the 2040 goal of ending childhood lead poisoning. - Support alignment of Secretariat workstreams and initiatives with the PLF Strategy and Roadmap. - Contribute to integrating the three PLF pillars into a cohesive and mutually reinforcing delivery model. - Maintain an overview of partner initiatives, country efforts, and Secretariat-led projects. - Identify execution gaps, risks, and opportunities across the ecosystem. - Provide analytical inputs and recommendations to the PLF Director. - Engage with partners across the global lead ecosystem. - Assess how Secretariat led initiatives fit within the broader lead ecosystem. - Support roll out of the PLF Roadmap and associated data collection process. - Translate monitoring findings into actionable strategic insights. - Support direction and coordination of advocacy and communications functions. - Provide coordination and analytical support to the PLF Director. Qualifications - Master’s degree or higher in public policy, public health, environmental policy, international development, or a related field. - A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in public policy, environmental health, or public health. Requirements - Demonstrated experience working with key global lead and environmental health initiatives. - Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives at global and country levels. - Familiarity with key actors and networks within the global lead ecosystem. - Strong knowledge of lead policy and programs, mitigation strategies, and associated maternal and child health risks. - Proven ability to align diverse partners toward shared goals. Role Description ADTRAV is seeking Travel Consultants to be responsible for all aspects of travel management for our clients. This includes conversing with customers through multiple communication channels to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for booking and issuing domestic and complex international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and car and train reservations through a GDS system. - Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries. - Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations, accurately and efficiently. - Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay. - Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete. - Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals. - Provide travel expertise to clients. - Send quotes for international travel; break rules down to see if there are restrictions or are non-refundable, understand open skies and FAA rules. - Meet KPIs as outlined by management (e.g., productivity, transactions, etc.), including maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule. - Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and provide updates to the client as needed. - Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows on how to service travelers. - Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with travelers.
