• Garantizar la gestión integral de los servicios de facilities y de los procesos de administración de personal del proyecto, liderando la ejecución y control de contratos, servicios críticos, obligaciones laborales y requerimientos de los colaboradores, a fin de asegurar continuidad operativa, cumplimiento normativo, estándares de seguridad y calidad, y un entorno de trabajo ordenado y eficiente en campo. • Administrar integralmente los contratos de transporte terrestre del personal y visitantes, garantizando la disponibilidad, calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados. • Supervisar e inspeccionar los servicios y vehículos de transporte, identificando riesgos y verificando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, salud ocupacional y requisitos contractuales. • Gestionar los servicios de transporte aéreo nacional, asegurando la atención oportuna de los requerimientos operativos, el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y la calidad del servicio. • Administrar los servicios de hospedaje para trabajadores y visitantes, coordinando reservas, validando condiciones contractuales y asegurando el cumplimiento de tarifas y estándares de servicio establecidos. • Atender y coordinar los requerimientos de usuarios relacionados con hospedaje, transporte y otros servicios asignados, garantizando una atención eficiente y oportuna. • Gestionar la facturación, valorización y conformidad de los servicios bajo su responsabilidad, validando consumos, procesando aprobaciones (HES) y asegurando la correcta ejecución presupuestal. • Administrar y controlar los contratos y servicios de facilities asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de las condiciones técnicas, económicas y contractuales, así como la mejora continua en la prestación de los servicios. • Supervisar el cumplimiento laboral de contratistas, realizando auditorías y controles periódicos para verificar la correcta aplicación de la normativa laboral, procedimientos internos y estándares corporativos establecidos por Statkraft. • Administrar integralmente los procesos de gestión de personal del proyecto, incluyendo contratación, adendas, administración de legajos, control documental, incidencias laborales, nómina y procesos de desvinculación, asegurando el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y las políticas corporativas. • Brindar soporte y atención a los colaboradores, resolviendo consultas relacionadas con administración de personal, beneficios, políticas internas y otros temas laborales, promoviendo una experiencia positiva del colaborador. • Gestionar las relaciones laborales y la disciplina en campo, atendiendo conflictos laborales, aplicando medidas correctivas conforme a la normativa vigente y promoviendo un adecuado clima laboral. • Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones laborales y regulatorias, atendiendo requerimientos de entidades fiscalizadoras, auditorías internas y externas, y garantizando la correcta implementación del Reglamento Interno de Trabajo. • Coordinar programas de incorporación, capacitación y bienestar, asegurando una adecuada inducción, formación y participación de los colaboradores en iniciativas de desarrollo y bienestar organizacional.

Job Description The business area “Technology and Project Delivery” drives value creation through optimising project delivery, procurement, operational excellence and leveraging IT & digitalisation. The business area is also responsible for ensuring a workplace without injury or harm. The (Senior) Project Engineer plays a critical role in the development, construction, and optimisation of wind energy projects across Germany. This position acts as the primary technical point of contact, addressing commercial, regulatory, and design-related challenges to ensure the successful delivery of wind projects from early-stage development through to execution. The main aim is to support Germany's renewables portfolio, with flexibility for projects elsewhere if required. The role is open to be based in the German Headquarter Düsseldorf as well as our regional offices in Lingen and Berlin. - Lead the engineering phase of wind projects, overseeing technical assessments related to civil design, planning, cost estimation, procurement, environmental permitting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and internal approvals. Evaluate wind farm feasibility, constructability, risk assessment, and CAPEX estimates from early development until start of operation of wind farm - Technical lead with regards to the turbine selection, EYA, layout design, transport, route, installation and tests on completion discussions. - Serve as the technical lead for the Wind Turbines and Balance of Plant (BOP) scope during the procurement phase. This includes defining specifications and requirements, evaluating technical proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. - Prepare and Quality assure technical specifications in wind turbine tenders. - Prepare and ensure the quality of technical documentation for BOP tenders; ensure alignment between turbine supplier infrastructure requirements and BOP contracts. - Manage interfaces between civil and electrical BOP, as well as turbine interfaces. - Support technical due diligence processes. - Engage with turbine suppliers to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market offerings and technical advancements. - Supervise third-party engineers and external design services as required. - Plan, lead, and document project design reviews, ensuring technical consistency with economic, scheduling, and regulatory objectives. Please note: The role is open to be based in the German main office Düsseldorf as well as our regional offices in Lingen and Berlin (or remote). Qualifications - Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar with documented extensive experience in the field - Relevant relevant work experience in wind energy project development, with strong knowledge of wind turbine suppliers and technologies. - Strong understanding of the development process for wind projects, including constraints analysis, civil engineering, grid connection processes and permitting process - Willingness and ability to conduct regular site visits. - High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines. - Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project economics and value drivers. - Demonstrated passion and drive to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across internal and external stakeholders. - Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
