• Play a crucial role in our expansion of the EMEA Market • Own the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, conducting demos, to contract negotiation & close of sale • Create and manage a healthy pipeline of Fortune 1000+ clients to expand Harver's reach in North America/EMEA • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to generate additional opportunities for growth • Take the lead on conducting demos and collaborate closely with the solution consulting team • Work in a dynamic fast-paced remote work environment with positive and mission-driven energy of the Harver Culture!
Job Requirements
- Experience selling a SaaS solution to the large, global, Fortune 1000 market.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales with at least 5-10 years of experience
- HR Tech experience is a plus but not required
- A desire to be regarded as the expert by your clients and internal team
- An entrepreneurial approach to your business and the initiative to sell into enterprise logos
- The curiosity for software, tech, and innovation
- A consultative value seller
- MEDDPICC experience required
- Force Management is preferred
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- A realistic and reflective outlook on sales and your organization
- A strong understanding of our enterprise solutions so you can properly advocate for the value of the Harver platform
- A growing interest in and understanding of client workforce initiatives and challenges.
