• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking • Conduct outbound lead generation, cold calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate leads with determination to stay on track and follow up routinely with prospective customers • Coordinate and participate in introductory meetings between feedstock suppliers and the Sales Team • Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and customer interactions in the CRM system • Collaborate with other members of the Sales Team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities • Participate in sales training and continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services
