• Report to: International QA Director • Objectives: Quality Enhancement work, vendor/factory to meet O5 quality standard and brand(s) requirements • Work closely with Regional QA/QC, be an accountable and responsible member of O5 quality team • Frequent Travel Responsibilities: Review all O5 orders, WIP, encyclopedia to arrange travel plan • Review factory's capabilities and report to O5 New Year Team and Quality Director • Communicate with vendor/factory to enhance their production process to for better quality level • Analyze inspection data to work with related vendor/factory for improvement plans • Involved in "Troubling Shooting", follow up on quality issues called out with regional QA/QC team to ensure improvement work with right execution • Provide technical advice on process control and quality improvement during factory visits • Key program production management--arrange visit for trouble shooting and how to solve the problems at early stage • Investigate quality rejection root cause with vendor/factory; follow up with CAP to work out quality improvement in correct ways. • Work with factory teams and QE teams for completion • Review production plans with vendor/factory to ensure delivery status; Call out to O5 New York Team if there is any delivery slide • Work with vendor/factory QA/QC team to minimize defects by explaining O5 quality requirements • Ensure smooth communication in a timely manner with a sense of priority of reporting back to all O5 Teams • Ensure O5 QA/QE/QC; understand O5 ethics policies

• Design and deploy AI agents capable of autonomously playing through our HTML5 games to validate core loops, progression logic, and edge cases. • Build an automated "AI Bug Hunt" system that continuously explores daily builds to identify physics glitches, UI overlaps, and rendering anomalies across mobile browser environments. • Integrate QA deeply into Wolf's AI-driven development process, writing the test parameters, prompts, and acceptance criteria that our AI coding tools use to generate game features. • Implement automated AI code reviews that scan incoming pull requests for performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and mobile web anti-patterns before human review. • Develop automated systems to simulate and test device fragmentation — iOS Safari memory limits, Android Chrome touch latency, variable network speeds. • Embed AI QA gates directly into the CI/CD pipeline, halting builds that fail automated visual or state-based checks. • Run structured internal play-test sessions for rapid prototypes, translating subjective design feedback into objective, testable parameters. • Reduce manual regression testing by 90% through AI-augmented end-to-end testing.

• Serve as the Supplier Quality Lead for an Integrated Supplier Team supporting a critical, high-risk supplier • Provide technical and strategic leadership for supplier quality performance, including quality planning, risk management, and continuous improvement • Use structured, data-driven methodologies and statistical tools to strengthen supplier manufacturing capability, reduce variation, and prevent defects • Develop and execute supplier engagement strategies to ensure quality is embedded during capacity expansion and production ramp-up • Apply advanced quality engineering principles throughout the supplier lifecycle • Assess supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, and technical capability to meet missile production requirements • Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent quality escapes and supply disruptions • Develop supplier quality plans, process controls, and inspection strategies • Participate in MRB, change review boards, and configuration control activities • Lead complex supplier investigations and ensure effective Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) closure • Develop and execute Return-to-Green and continuous improvement plans to elevate supplier performance • Serve as Supplier Quality Lead for Supply Chain Strategy by providing technical expertise to evaluate and qualify new suppliers to increase capacity and resilience • Lead early supplier engagement to ensure manufacturability and robust quality planning • Support capability development and process improvements to meet long-term production growth
