• Designing, building, and operating scalable infrastructure and tools to support over 1 billion monthly requests, ensuring performance, availability, and resilience • Help with configuration, unblocking the occasional stuck deployment and enable teams to manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling across a highly dynamic environment • Collaborating closely with engineering teams and technical leadership to improve reliability, system performance, and deployment velocity • Continuously monitoring, testing, and improving our systems to meet fast-growing operational demands, with a focus on automation and observability • Contributing to infrastructure design decisions and building reusable, modular infrastructure components using Terraform • Actively sharing knowledge, improving engineering practices, and elevating the team’s engineering culture

• Design and evolve secure, scalable Azure platforms that align infrastructure with .NET microservices, CQRS, and event-driven architectures. • Lead CI/CD implementations using Azure DevOps and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code standards (Bicep/Terraform). • Implement and operate Azure services, including Container Apps, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and networking. • Apply security-by-design principles and support governance and FinOps practices. • Implement monitoring and distributed tracing (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry) and support service-level objectives (SLOs). • Act as a technical reference across teams: collaborate with engineering groups, mentor engineers, and promote platform best practices.

• Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online and On-Premises • Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) for business applications • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows) • Maintain and migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Platform solutions • Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems • Develop custom forms, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business productivity • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
