Castlemain
• Develop, coordinate and maintain bilingual content for class action settlements and related projects • Provide clear, trauma - informed, and culturally safe information that supports class members and communities to understand their options and take part in settlement processes • Support media and social media monitoring, analysis and reporting • Identify issues and opportunities, and recommend and implement integrated content solutions • Collaborate across Castlemain projects to develop high-quality bilingual communication materials (content briefs, web content, Q&As, key messages, fact sheets, video scripts, etc.) • Support reputational and issues management efforts by developing strategies and tactics to address misinformation, respond to emerging issues, and strengthen campaign effectiveness • Monitor media, social platforms, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, trends, and opportunities • Deliver timely, high-quality work under tight deadlines, including crisis situations, while integrating culturally sensitive approaches that respect the traditions and values of First Nations communities
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or community relations professions
- A degree or diploma in communications, public relations, marketing, business communications, journalism, or equivalent education and experience
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- Experience executing communication strategies and developing supporting materials, such as messaging, PowerPoints, web content, print materials, social posts, and more
- Experience with media and social media monitoring and performance measurement to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience working with generative AI tools within defined governance frameworks, including prompt design, critical review, editing, documentation of AI assisted content, and respect for privacy and security requirements
- Ability to travel occasionally to internal meetings, client engagements, or community visits
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.

• Gather, analyze, interpret, research and enter pricing, technical specifications, standard and optional features for each product assigned. • Demonstrate sound decision-making and accurate entry of product information into the CRS database. • Meet CRS standards of 100% data accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Acquire a high-level of knowledge of the variations and unique attributes of the different products within CRS’ normalized data hierarchy. • Help the CRS team achieve established goals, as well as completing individual responsibilities for given deadlines. • Investigate and resolve any questions on the data. • Work on special projects as needed.
• Develop all relevant medical affairs content • Collaborate with cross-functional partners • Provide solutions to authors for assigned projects • Responsible for accuracy review and data quality control • Ensure delivery of all projects within expected timelines • Support more experienced colleagues in the development of training materials • Track the progress of all assigned projects • Stay abreast of evolving trends with medical content generation • Train and develop expertise in industry leading tool/skill for content creation
• Develop relevant medical affairs content including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters/presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, social media, infographics, video, multi-media and other types of external-facing medical content • Research, organize, compile, interpret, and quality check various types of technical and/or medical content • Provide solutions to stakeholders in alignment with manager for all projects and collaborate with other teams (Graphics, Compliance agency, Statistics teams, etc.) • Ensure execution of all projects within expected timelines while adhering to all quality and compliance requirements for medical content • Ensure training on relevant tools and processes, including new generative AI technology platforms, for efficient and compliant execution of all medical affairs content • Track the progress of projects and resolve any issues/problems with guidance from manager • Identify and train to become an expert on one new tool/skill for content creation representing the latest trends in the industry.
