• Video editing: creating short videos for our short courses using Capcut • Supporting content management on our platform • Applying AI tools for text and video production • Actively monitoring trends in video creation and social media to integrate new ideas and approaches

• Help shape how clients show up across digital and editorial platforms • Turn ideas and conversations into clear, usable content • Execute short “visibility bursts” around key themes or moments • Develop content that can extend across social, PR, and editorial • Ensure consistency in positioning and tone • Track what resonates and refine accordingly

• Content Creation & Storytelling: You will create SEO-optimized blog articles and whitepapers that explain complex ESG topics in a clear and accessible way. • Social Media & Thought Leadership: You will manage our company LinkedIn account and support our founders in establishing their voice as thought leaders in sustainability. • GEO & SEO: You will help optimize our content for search engines and large language models (LLMs). • Interdisciplinary Interface: You will act as a bridge to the Sustainability team, turning technical insights into compelling content for our customer success stories. • Marketing (AI) Operations: You will assist the team in building and maintaining marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads efficiently and optimize AI-based content creation. • Event & PR Support: From trade-show preparation to press releases — you will provide operational support for planning and executing digital and on-site events and PR campaigns.

• You recreate client careers pages as exact visual copies in the new website builder • You accurately transfer texts, images and brand assets into the new system • You ensure that branding and visual quality are consistent across all migrated pages • You actively use AI tools (chatbots, image generation) for content tasks • You work in a self-organized way but as part of a team — with clear deliverables and short feedback loops
