Job Requirements
- Significant, recent experience as a project manager for software implementation projects
- Proven track record in the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience in working closely with customers, senior stakeholders, external parties, and project teams
- Experience in working with external customers, preferably in a Professional Services or related environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of small projects
- Excellent communication skills and strong professionalism.
- PMP Certification (preferred but not required)

Role Description Rattachée au Pôle Finances et Ressources, la Direction des Finances est en charge de la mise en oeuvre d'une politique dynamique de gestion et de planification budgétaire et financière pour la Collectivité, à travers 3 services : - le service Ingénierie Financière et Budgétaire, en charge de la préparation budgétaire, de la prospective financière, du suivi des emprunts bancaires, de la gestion des subventions, des garanties d'emprunt et des règlements d'aide ; - le service Ingénierie et Qualité Comptable, responsable du contrôle des liquidations, de l'émission des mandats de dépenses et de recettes ainsi que du suivi des régies et de l'inventaire comptable ; - le service Fonds Européens et Financement de Projets, en charge de la gestion de la subvention globale FSE, de la gestion des fonds européens (hors FSE), du suivi du contrat de plan Etat-Région (CPER), de la recherche de financements extérieurs et de l'appui aux services opérationnels pour le montage des demandes de subventions, d'aides ou de crédits. MISSIONS : - Favoriser la diffusion d'une « culture de la recette » au sein de la collectivité, afin d'intégrer systématiquement la recherche de financements externes (fonds européens hors FSE, contractualisation nationale ou régionale, autres financements extérieurs) dans l'élaboration et la mise en oeuvre des projets, notamment d'investissement. - Fournir aux services une information fiable, précise et actualisée concernant les programmes et dispositifs européens et nationaux mobilisables. - Assurer une veille régulière sur les opportunités de financement en lien avec les projets du Département. - Faire le lien entre les financeurs et les services opérationnels pendant les phases de réalisation et de suivi des projets. - Superviser le suivi financier des projets cofinancés afin de garantir l'encaissement effectif des subventions et de s'assurer de la conformité et de la régularité des justificatifs de dépenses transmis aux financeurs. - Rendre compte régulièrement à la Cheffe de service de l'avancement des recherches de financements et de l'état des dossiers en cours d'instruction. - Appuyer les services dans le montage, le suivi et la gestion des demandes de subventions, aides ou crédits. • Simultaneously manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to project closeout. • Represent HB Workplaces' business interests on the job site, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. • Read, interpret and understand detailed architectural construction plans, including details, plan schedules and associated specification documents specific to the integration of our construction solutions offered. • Understand and use appropriate tools for jobsite measuring including rotary laser, plumb and level laser, 5‐point laser, distance measuring laser and standard tape measure. • Accurately record site specific jobsite measurements in a legible format for interpretation by the design team. • Organize and submit orders in conjunction with the Designer. • Understand the scope of work on site and know all the details of a project. • Work in a team environment, partnering with internal resources to ensure that all elements of a project are in sync and adhere to the cycle of service. • Develop and manage the project installation schedule in coordination with the team and communicate that schedule, milestones and tasks to all appropriate parties involved. • Coordinate our schedule with the overall GC schedule and associated sub-trades. • Manage and oversee installation process which includes working with HB Services (HBS) to create installation quotes, printing installation drawings, providing copies of installation drawings to HBS, and coordinating installation schedule through HBS. • Coordinate and manage pre‐installation site visit; review all expectations for schedule and site access requirements. • Appropriately interact with jobsite personnel including general contractors, associated sub‐trades and our installation teams to foster positive interaction and desired outcomes. • Manage submittals to the factory and schedule punch list items. • Manage warranty submittal process for territory, and troubleshoot furniture that needs minor repairs/adjustments. • Participate in company meetings and training events.
