• Responsible for the assessment, follow-up, coding, and vigilance activities for complaints globally. • Author, peer review, and approve vigilance reports to ensure on time submissions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. • Support management in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced work environment; Support proper coding of complaints and reportable events. • Collaborate with engineering, complaint investigation laboratory, medical and other internal staff to review events, coding, and investigation results to support regulatory reporting compliance. • Contribute to departmental non-conformances escalated into CAPA System. • Serve as a subject matter expert for post-market and complaint handling regulatory questions and inquiries. • Support internal and external audits and inspections. • Assist with special projects, as assigned, with minimal supervision. • Perform other duties as required.

This is a remote role where you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate door and hardware specifications, supporting project outcomes, and working closely with a high-performing trans-Tasman team. The Role Working closely with the New Zealand Specification team, you’ll be responsible for preparing detailed door and hardware schedules, supporting sales teams, and ensuring all specifications meet relevant codes and standards. This is a remote role, but highly collaborative. You’ll be involved in regular project discussions, providing technical input and helping deliver compliant, practical solutions for a range of building projects. Key Focus Areas - Prepare accurate door and hardware specifications and schedules - Interpret construction drawings and project requirements - Ensure compliance with building codes, NZ standards, and fire regulations - Provide technical support to sales teams, architects, and contractors - Generate project quotations and manage pricing within guidelines - Maintain accurate project data in CRM systems - Support project discussions and provide product clarification - Contribute to knowledge sharing and adoption of AAOS tools About You You’re someone who enjoys technical work and takes pride in getting the details right. - 3+ years’ experience in a related role (specifications, construction, or similar) - Understanding of door hardware, architectural, or construction industry - Ability to read and interpret building drawings - Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements - Strong communication skills, especially in a remote team environment - Comfortable working independently and managing your time - Experience with specification, CRM, or estimation tools GAI or DHI qualifications are a plus, but not essential. • Conduct 2-hour long interviews with clients who have been victims of domestic abuse and/or human trafficking. • Write legal declarations based on the information received during the initial interview. • Call clients to schedule your interviews with them. • Keep client and case information up to date at all times on our platforms.

• Own architecture decisions for the writing-app and evaluate technical trade-offs that balance speed, quality, and maintainability. • Define and evolve the team's technical standards (coding patterns, testing expectations, dependency management) and drive technical debt reduction alongside feature work. • Lead triage and technical coordination during incidents. Drive root cause analysis and propose preventive measures. Be the first responder when production issues arise for the writing product. • Actively drive technical discussions in grooming, planning, standups, and retros. Ensure technical decisions are documented where appropriate. • Review significant PRs and provide substantive feedback, catch architectural issues before they merge, and ensure PRs are appropriately sized and scoped. • Drive obstacle resolution during sprints - unblock engineers, make technical calls, escalate when needed. Identify and flag risks early. • Translate between product requirements and technical implementation for the team. Communicate technical status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to the Engineering Manager and stakeholders. • Leverage AI/LLM-powered workflows and code-generation tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) to stay efficient and productive, with code reviews to ensure quality and security.
