Technical Delivery Manager – EV Charging
Pod Point
• Owning technical end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, safety, and timely execution • Conduct pre-site surveys to assess feasibility and readiness • Project collaboration with pre-construction and project management teams. • Overseeing electrical works, civil works, documentation and ensuring all technical work meets required standards • Keep internal teams updated with clear progress reports and risk insights and also being the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and site owners • Enforce health, safety, and regulatory standards across all project sites to ensure CDM 2015 Regulations are met • Work with Installation Partners to support delivery and help improve process and efficiencies • Be flexible and willing to help out with complex installation and maintenance work • Site Manage as and when required
Job Requirements
- Come from an electrical installation and maintenance background
- Experience working within the EV industry
- Confident managing multiple sites and timelines at once
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS, and site safety practices
- Solid grounding in construction and electrical systems, including isolation and commissioning
- Excellent communicator across clients, contractors, and site teams
- Sharp eye for detail, documentation, and reporting
- Calm under pressure, with great problem-solving and time management skills
- BS7671:2018 Wiring Regs
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent

The ETS Merger Technical Integration team is responsible for successful integration of a merger of two firms. It’s a large scale, multiyear, complex program that spans across multiple technical disciplines and locations. The role of Integration Project Manager to facilitate multiple sub-projects and deliverables under a program manager in a structured and efficient manner by means of following a mature program lifecycle. The project manager will be collaborating with the large number of Technology teams from both the companies in their efforts to integrate. This role will be part of the Program management team which operates across Enterprise Technology& Services (ETS) division and will be responsible to lead workstream(s) and provide project management support for various deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering various project phases and acts as a point of contact for a wide range of stakeholder. Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to: - Drive end to end execution of projects/program consisting of multiple work streams - Risk, action, issues and dependencies identification, resolution / mitigation co-ordination - Development of detailed delivery plans, information documents and status reporting - Coordinate across local, regional and global teams, virtual teams and matrix managed teams - Facilitating project meetings, track and publish actions, plans, risks and issue - Develop detailed project plans working with a large number of technical teams - Develop and execute detailed migration plans - Adherence to project lifecycle quality and policy standards - Create and articulate executive level communication on a project or program level - Responsible for senior stakeholder management, communications, and escalation Experience & Skills required (Must have): - Project management of IT infrastructure and experience of differing execution methodologies such as waterfall, agile/scrum and hybrid approaches - Good understanding and ability to work across disparate technological environments including End user technology, Server (Compute) platforms, Networking (Voice and Data), Datacenter and applications technologies. - Strong hands on knowledge in one or more Technology areas above is preferred - Merger and technology integration experience preferred - Excellent written / reporting skills is a must.
