What you’ll do: IT Operations: - Administration of Office365 (Exchange server, Active directory, Sharepoint) - Write powershell automations to improve service delivery and eliminate repetitive work - Remotely manage end user computers (laptops, desktops), ensuring up all applications are up to date - Troubleshoot application challenges Cloud Operations: - Application log management, monitoring and troubleshooting.
