What you’ll do: IT Operations: - Administration of Office365 (Exchange server, Active directory, Sharepoint) - Write powershell automations to improve service delivery and eliminate repetitive work - Remotely manage end user computers (laptops, desktops), ensuring up all applications are up to date - Troubleshoot application challenges Cloud Operations: - Application log management, monitoring and troubleshooting. Surfacing and discovering performance impacting trends for remediation. - Proactive identifying problem areas of a system, i.e. software bugs, misconfigurations and bottlenecks. - Incident, problem management and change management. Coordinating the incident response and service restoration. What You’ll Bring Experience: - 5+ years in IT support or systems administration - Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup with US-based teams - Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus) - 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS preferred) - Understanding of how to troubleshoot applications and network infrastructure - Understanding of cloud best practices Technical Skills: - Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune - Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, dev automation and troubleshooting - Setup and management of AWS/Azure/GCP, including network infrastructure, tenant configuration and deployment patterns. As a key member of our Cloud team, you will play a crucial role in providing infrastructure services to enhance platform resilience, ensuring availability and smooth operation without failures. You will act as a technical mentor for the team, offering guidance and leveraging your expertise in SRE best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize system architecture and enhance operational efficiency will be a key aspect of your role. • Design new scalable and highly available security focused multi-cloud international hosting solutions. • Develop comprehensive platform modernization and migration strategies for existing IaaS/PaaS/Container Services environments. • Work with Architecture teams to conduct proof of concept (POC) and implement the design in cloud-based environments. • Optimize systems performance, troubleshoot systems problems, and analyze issues of a highly technical nature. • Create solutions using automation tools such as Bicep and Ansible. • Document current systems and draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. • Develop test protocols and plans for testing new application versions within our cloud hosted environments. • Troubleshoot application/database performance issues related to connectivity, access, and security.
