Programmatic Campaign Manager

• Executing end-to-end programmatic campaign management across Display, Video, Audio, DOOH and other emerging channels - encompassing strategy formulation, implementation, performance analysis, and stakeholder communication • Leveraging emerging DSP capabilities and data products to unlock competitive advantages for client campaigns • Monitoring industry evolution and translating programmatic trends into actionable opportunities • Ensuring seamless integration of programmatic solutions from leading ad technology partners • Building and optimizing campaign portfolios across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Stackadapt and complementary DSPs - managing setup, trafficking, and continuous enhancement • Conducting strategic market, audience, and competitive intelligence gathering • Translating campaign data into strategic insights • Maintaining proactive client dialogue to align on objectives and communicate value creation • Developing integrated, omni-channel strategies that advance both brand-building and performance KPIs • Cultivating expertise in programmatic ecosystem trends and emerging opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on programmatic campaign management experience within agency, in-house, or ad tech environments
  • Strong foundation in programmatic buying (DSP), measurement frameworks, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Proficiency in ad trafficking, with Campaign Manager experience valued
  • Analytical acumen with expertise in digital analytics and reporting platforms applied to paid media optimization
  • Exceptional communication capabilities - both written and verbal
  • Collaborative mindset with ambition to grow within a high-performing team
  • Working knowledge of display, video, audio, DOOH, and third-party data/media ecosystems (DV360, TTD, ADSP, StackAdapt, LiveRamp, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking ability to conceptualize innovative solutions addressing complex advertiser challenges
  • Experience in omni-channel activation, optimization, and attribution modeling
