Business Development Executive
SEE Change Happen
• Identifying and nurturing new opportunities and leads using LinkedIn and other online tools • Updating/maintaining Hubspot CRM • Researching UK/Europe events that could offer potential speaking and training opportunities • Responding to enquiries for product/service information • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about training/speaking opportunities • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings • Working with the Marketing Executive to help plan new marketing initiatives • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s service offering • Developing quotes and proposals • Ensure any quotes/proposals sent are followed up in a timely manner and responses accurately recorded • Assist in developing and maintaining a 3-6 month pipeline of contacts/work • Research potential guests for Inclusion Bites podcast
Job Requirements
- Be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Confident in the use of English language both written and spoken
- A passion and interest for the role as described
- A desire to make an impact and for creating a more inclusive world
- The ability to work under own initiative and be self-starting
