Job Requirements
- 6+ years designing B2B SaaS products within cross-functional teams;
- Strong user instincts and confidence navigating ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces;
- Proven ability to work across strategy, UX flows, UI design, and polished interaction details;
- Ability to balance speed, technical constraints, and high-quality execution;
- Experience designing for technical audiences (IT, admin tools, platforms) is a plus;
- Experience designing or contributing to AI-powered experiences;
- Clear communicator with strong storytelling skills, comfortable influencing product and engineering partners;
- High attention to detail and a deep commitment to craft.

Role Description We are looking for an Airfreight Agent (m/w/d) – 100% to join our Global team. This is a remote position based in Mexico or Argentina. In this position, you will be responsible for managing airfreight operations and handling customs-related tasks. - Coordinate and oversee airfreight shipments across all company branches, managing domestic and international transport flows. Prepare and administer all required shipping documentation, including airway bills and customs papers. - Liaise with all parties involved (shippers, consignees, carriers, airlines) to ensure smooth transport. - Prepare necessary customs documentation and collaborate with customs authorities, ensuring compliance with all legal and international trade regulations. - Update customers on shipment status, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally. - Monitor airfreight shipments to ensure on-time delivery, track delays, and resolve issues in the transport process. - Work closely with airport handling services, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. - Maintain customer database, document all transactions, and produce regular reports on shipment status and performance. - Provide occasional evening and weekend on-call support (approximately 1 week/month) according to company policy and local labor regulations, with on-call compensation.
