Job Description

Network Migration Support Engineer

Focus Group

• Providing technical support for network migration activities across Meraki environments • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues during migration windows • Monitoring network performance and stability throughout migration phases • Collaborating with internal project teams and third-party stakeholders to coordinate migration tasks • Documenting technical processes, configurations, and incident resolutions • Escalating complex issues where appropriate, ensuring minimal disruption to customers • Maintaining clear communication with the project team during your shift

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Meraki network environments – this is essential
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience working within migration or transformation projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and communicate technical issues clearly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Available to commit to a Monday–Thursday shift pattern from immediate start through to end of June 2026
  • Flexibility to work either an early (6:00am) or late (7:00pm) start shift

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing Postgres databases, partnering closely with our clients by providing guidance, support and execution following best practices. What your impact will be: - Work with customers to provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate workaround(s) and solutions for all EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products. - Collaborate with and mentor junior and mid-tier support engineers to triage issues. - Create reproducible test cases, file development requests, and offer patches when possible. - Collaborate with development resources, many of whom are core members and major contributors to the PostgreSQL community, to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks - Serve as the primary point of contact to premium customers on priority engagements. - Document solutions, procedures, and standards for customers as well as for internal use.
