Key Account Associate

• Support the development and execution of account plans for assigned customers • Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers • Support sales activities including customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups • Understand customer needs, challenges, and business drivers through structured engagement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Workday) • Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and support solution development
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
