Job Description

Leader, Sales

Cisco

• Lead a team of SET Executives managing multiple large, complex deal types and ensuring alignment with sales strategy and demand • Direct resource utilization in accordance with strategic sales priorities and based on guidance from Americas leadership • Review forecasts and other sales data and offer aggregated feedback from multiple accounts to influence deal planning • Oversee consistent execution of deal strategies by streamlining processes and aligning team efforts across field, partner and virtual teams • Coordinate joint planning sessions between field, partner and virtual teams for assigned opportunities • Manage executive-level Cisco relationships

Job Requirements

  • 5-year plus sales experience in the technology or related industry.
  • 3-year plus experience in a leadership role within sales, business development, or a similar field
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at working across various functions and teams within an organization to drive results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience with developing successful business cases and navigating complex contracts.
