Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

Role Description As the strategic integrator for the HR function, the PX Strategy and Engagement Director will ensure our specialized teams across PX, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Frontline Operations, and Recruiting operate as a unified system. In this role, you are a synthesizer who excels at framing complex information into finished frameworks and compelling narratives that drive clarity at all levels of the organization. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Talent and People Strategy. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Role Responsibilities - Strategy Alignment: Partner with functional leads to ensure specialized programs across the People Experience team are structurally aligned and mutually reinforcing. - Narrative Development: Develop the department’s strategic narrative by turning raw data and technical initiatives into high-fidelity presentations and company updates. - Operational Orchestration: Manage the rhythm of business for HR leadership to ensure functional leads have the cross-functional visibility required to execute effectively. - Advisory and Polish: Act as a strategic partner to internal leads, providing the final layer of commercial framing to ensure all outputs are ready for executive review. - Proactive Gap Sensing: Monitor the organizational ecosystem to identify where strategy is drifting or silos are creating friction, and propose integrated solutions to maintain velocity.
