Role Description As the strategic integrator for the HR function, the PX Strategy and Engagement Director will ensure our specialized teams across PX, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Frontline Operations, and Recruiting operate as a unified system. In this role, you are a synthesizer who excels at framing complex information into finished frameworks and compelling narratives that drive clarity at all levels of the organization. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Talent and People Strategy. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Role Responsibilities - Strategy Alignment: Partner with functional leads to ensure specialized programs across the People Experience team are structurally aligned and mutually reinforcing. - Narrative Development: Develop the department’s strategic narrative by turning raw data and technical initiatives into high-fidelity presentations and company updates. - Operational Orchestration: Manage the rhythm of business for HR leadership to ensure functional leads have the cross-functional visibility required to execute effectively. - Advisory and Polish: Act as a strategic partner to internal leads, providing the final layer of commercial framing to ensure all outputs are ready for executive review. - Proactive Gap Sensing: Monitor the organizational ecosystem to identify where strategy is drifting or silos are creating friction, and propose integrated solutions to maintain velocity. Qualifications - 10+ years experience in relevant HR, People Operations, and Talent Management functions. - Systems Thinking: You intuitively understand how a change in one area of HR impacts the others and enjoy building a cohesive whole. - Collaborative Presence: You have a track record of influencing high-performing teams without formal authority to act as a force multiplier for others. - Exceptional Synthesis: You can distill technical documents or messy brainstorms into concise executive summaries that land with clarity. - Analytical Fluency: You are a data-driven storyteller who uses metrics to anchor narratives and drive better strategic decision-making. - High-Growth Experience: You know how to build the necessary structure to enable organizational scale without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. Preferred Requirements - Varied experiences across sectors, including consulting, corporate work, and startup/private companies. Compensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $212,168 - $249,609. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
