Business Systems Analyst
Ryder System, Inc.
• responsible for facilitating troubleshooting on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation Management System (TMS) applications • support local hardware and network troubleshooting and/or deployment as reported • assist in the escalation path for operations regarding incident resolution • manage Service Now incident tickets, documenting issues, and proposing long-term improvements • manage the hardware and IT assets in the facility • provide testing support, end-user training, and assist with Standard Work documentation for IT • attend meetings with internal and/or external customers • perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Information Technology or Supply Chain
- One (1) year or more Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry experience required
- One (1) year or more Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge, support, and/or deployment preferred
- One (1) year or more Hardware and/or network knowledge and/or support preferred
- Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/JDA TMS beginner preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot basic WMS configuration such as Allocation, Putaway, and Replenishment rules beginner preferred
- SQL knowledge to write and execute a query as well as export and validate the returned results for accuracy beginner preferred
- Report development and ZPL label generation beginner preferred
