• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across front-end, backend, and data layers • Develop and optimize Angular front-end applications with a focus on performance and usability • Build .NET (C#) backend services, APIs, and integrations • Work with MS/Azure SQL for data modelling, querying, and performance optimization • Use Elasticsearch for search, analytics, and log-driven features • Implement and maintain hardware and vendor integrations (IoT devices, access control systems, third-party APIs) • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions • Work with QA to ensure high quality through testing, debugging, and production support • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical direction • Support and improve existing systems while helping shape new platform capabilities
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process from kickoff to successful platform adoption. • Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and training sessions • Help customers become proficient in configuring the platform based on their goals and use cases. • Act as the primary contact for onboarding-related questions and support. • Track onboarding progress and customer engagement in CRM or customer success tools. • Identify potential risks to successful adoption and proactively address them • Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product and Customer Success leadership. • Collaborate with Sales for smooth handoffs and accurate expectation setting • Create or maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and training resources • Manage a book of pre-existing 1VALET clients, facilitating any upselling, renewals, and cross-selling. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, ensure customers are always informed about new product features and functionalities.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the Project Management, Project Financials, and Project Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IoT-driven projects involving connected hardware, cloud platforms, mobile/web applications, and field deployments. This role bridges engineering, operations, vendors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for Project Delivery. You’ll be joining an amazing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment and condo living. Qualifications - College Diploma or Degree with a specialization in Engineering and a PMP Certification. - 5+ years of project management experience in low voltage and IoT projects. - Experience working with Project Management Software and reporting. - 5+ years experience working in smart building solutions with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues. - Experience in installation and commissioning of IP-based Entry Phone systems. - Deep experience in Low Voltage wiring. - Networking knowledge, including thorough knowledge of Networking principles, LAN/WAN/VLAN Assignments, IP Assignments, Port Forwarding, and Unifi Controller experience preferred. - Experience managing CCTV configurations including LPR implementation. - An excellent written and oral communicator, who pays attention to details, works collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to travel to client sites often. Preferred Requirements - Bilingual French/English is an asset. - Knowledge in Cloud-based applications and SaaS. - Certified in SALTO, ICT, and CCTV systems. - Familiarity with the HVAC industry. - Familiarity with multi-family residential construction and ability to read blueprints.
