Account Associate

Kaitlin Ponce Insurance, Inc.

• Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals, and other targeted lists, etc. • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals. • Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of State Farm Insurance experience
  • MUST be fully licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
